Order Processing

It typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

CHF 5.00 for Economy Shipping, Switzerland (free shipping over CHF 50)

CHF 7.00 for Priority Shipping Switzerland (free shipping over CHF 50)

CHF 12.90 for Fast Priority Shipping for International countries (free shipping over CHF 50)

We deliver to Switzerland using the Swiss Post service and UPS for EU Countries.

All orders are sent on a tracked service.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver to most EU Countries using UPS and Swiss Post.

- Austria , Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom.

All order shipping to a destination outside of the CH are subject to the local import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes  that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order if your order has been made within 1 hour. Please email us at info@theboldlipstick.ch so that we can process an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.
