Are all items on TheBoldLipstick authentic?                   

As an authorized online retailer we only sell authentic products, which are sent to you in they original packaging. Shop with confidence!

Are the products safe for all skin types? 

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you have specific concerns please consult your dematologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.

Are your products tested on animals?   

All the brands available on The Bold Lipstick do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.




Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Our free shipping offer applies to any order up to 50.00

We deliver to Switzerland and most EU Countries using the Swiss Post service and UPS for EU Countries.

All orders are sent on a tracked service.



Economy Shipping Tracked (CHF 5.00):  

2-4 days delivery            

Priority Shipping Tracked (CHF 7.00): 

1-2 days delivery


International Priority Shipping (CHF 15.00):

2 - 4 days delivery

DAMAGED PACKAGES                                                                                           

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We deliver to most EU Countries using UPS.

- Austria , Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom.


All order shipping to a destination outside of the CH are subject to the local import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs department or Agency for inspection.

Returning or exchanging an item 

Please note that we don't accept any return or exchange.

Why didn't I get a tracking number? 

All our packages are sent with a tracking number. When it will be shipped, you will receive a notification! Please rest assured your order is on its way and will arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.




Which payment methods are accepted?                                                               

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay ,Postcard and TWINT. All charges will be made in the currency at the checkout before payment and on the order confirmation email.




Missing or faulty item 

If there is an item missing or faulty added from your order, please report this to  our customer services e-mai ( and we will investigate the issue further for you.

How do I cancel my order? 

You may cancel your order if your order has been made within 1 hour. Please email us at so that we can process an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. If you create an account, you will see the status of your order directly on our website.

When should I expect a response from your customer service team? 

We respond to all emails as soon as possible. Our goal is to respond to all consumers within 24 hours, however we can experience some delays over the weekend and during peak times.
