DELIVERY METHODS

The ordered products will be delivered to the postal address specified by the customer on the order form. By registering on our site you can access the reserved My Account area and from here you can manage your order delivery address book. You can always check the status of your order in the My Account area.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.

Swiss Post (for Domestic orders)

UPS Express Saver (for International orders)

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by The Bold Lipstick, the customer must carefully check:

a) That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;

b) That the number of pieces delivered is as indicated in the delivery note.

Any damage to the package and products or a mismatch in the number of parts/items or instructions must be immediately reported by the customer, who can contact The Bold Lipstick Customer Service specifying the order which contains the errors.
